Q: How long should I wait before tuning my piano?

A: After your piano is delivered you should wait approx.  3-4 weeks for your piano to settle and aclimate to its new environment.  Your tuning coupon is included on your sales  invoice at the bottom of the form.  Our tuning coupons expires after 90 days so don't wait too long before servicing your piano.

Q: Can you deliver the piano to my home in the box.

A: Unfortunately pianos are the one item that should never be delivered withouth proper preparation and uncrating.  Even the finest pianos in the world need some form of prep work. Shipping damage is an unfortunate situation we deal with time to time so we need to verify the quality of the casework on every piano sold.   We understand the concern of  making sure a piano is delivered new, so we offer some alternative methods on verifying that the piano you receive is new.

1.  All serial numbers are recorded on your pianos plate and can be tracked to their production date.  You can contact the manufacturer directly and they will provide any info you need.

2.  We offer any customer to visit our warehouse, with an appointment,  to visually inspect their piano whether it is in a box or uncrated.

Pianos are generally warehoused by the manufacturer before shipping to our warehouse so there is substantial lead time before a piano arrives to a customers home.

Q: How do I clean my piano?

A: This is the most common question asked by our clients.  There are many methods to clean your piano depending on the type of finish.  We ask that you consult the technician who will be servicing your piano before attempting to clean yourself. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns on cleaning and maintaining your piano.

Q: How do I know what is covered under my warranty?

A: You will receive a warranty card with your piano.  The warranty guidelines from the manufacturer are stated clearly on the warranty card.  If you do not receive a warranty card with your piano contact us and we will mail one to you.  If you have general questions on warranty issues call or email us directly.  Customizing a pianos sound, (voicing) or adjusting actions or keytouch, is not covered under your warranty.

Q: What is your companies trade up policy on pianos?

A: At any time you may trade your piano in for an upgrade or another model.  The piano you are upgrading to must be 2x the price of your purchased piano.  Certain models may be excluded from the trade up policy such as;  used pianos,  consignment pianos,  Costco special Event models,  clearance priced pianos.  If you have specific questions please call or e-mail us.
